Digital Products — No Refunds

All PyQuant News courses and products are delivered digitally. Access is granted immediately upon purchase, and all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances except as explicitly stated in this policy.

This includes situations where:

You purchased a course but have not started it
You started the course but decided it wasn't the right fit
You purchased duplicate courses by mistake
You experienced technical difficulties accessing content
Your personal or professional circumstances changed after purchase
A course was updated, restructured, or had content added or removed after your purchase

Who This Is For

I've spent 11 years building a reputation on one thing: delivering the highest-quality quant finance education available. Over 1,740 students have enrolled, and I have 100+ five-star reviews to show for it.

These courses are not for the curious. They're for people who are serious about the process and ready to do the work. If that's you, there's zero chance you'll be disappointed. If you're on the fence, please don't buy.

Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to course content via the platform specified at checkout. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable.

Access duration will be stated on the course sales page. Where lifetime access is stated, this means access for the life of the course on its current platform. If a course is retired, migrated to a new platform, or discontinued, reasonable advance notice will be provided and reasonable efforts will be made to ensure continuity of access.

PyQuant News is not liable for:

Loss of access due to your failure to maintain login credentials
Loss of access resulting from a violation of these terms
Interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance
Third-party platform outages outside of my control

Code Repositories and Licensing

Enrollment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course code for your own educational and personal trading purposes. You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense course code to any third party
Publish course code publicly (e.g., GitHub, forums, social media)
Use course code as the basis for a competing educational product
Share your repository access credentials or invite others to your repositories

License violations are grounds for immediate removal from the program without recourse. Access to all code repositories is contingent on remaining in good standing with these terms.

Repository access is provided via GitHub or the platform specified at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining a valid GitHub account. PyQuant News is not liable for loss of access caused by your account being suspended or deleted by GitHub.

Community Access (PQN Pro)

Where a course includes access to the PQN Pro community, the following applies:

Community access is included as a benefit of enrollment, not sold separately
Access is subject to community guidelines and may be revoked for conduct violations independently of course access
If community access is revoked for conduct reasons, no refund will be issued
PyQuant News reserves the right to modify, migrate, or discontinue the community platform with reasonable advance notice

Payment Plans

If you enroll on a payment plan and miss a scheduled installment, your access to all course content, code repositories, and community will be suspended immediately without further notice. Suspension remains in effect until the outstanding payment is settled.

Additional terms:

No refund will be issued for any prior payments made at the time of suspension
If the outstanding installment is not resolved within 30 days, enrollment may be permanently revoked with no refund of amounts previously paid
Disputed or charged-back payments are treated as missed payments and will result in immediate access suspension pending resolution
Payment plan terms are fixed at enrollment and cannot be renegotiated after purchase

To avoid interruption, ensure your payment method remains current. If you anticipate a payment issue, contact me in advance and I will do my best to accommodate.

Exceptional Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered on an exceptional basis, at my sole discretion. There is no entitlement to a refund once a purchase is made, and submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Exceptional circumstances that may warrant consideration include verified duplicate purchases of the same course in the same transaction window. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Exceptional circumstances that will not be considered include change of mind, lack of time to complete the course, dissatisfaction with content style or delivery, or any of the situations listed under the No Refunds section above.

Program Violations and Removal

I reserve the right to remove any student who violates these terms, breaches applicable software licenses, or engages in conduct detrimental to other students or the integrity of the program.

Students removed for violations will:

Have access immediately revoked across all course content, code repositories, and the PQN Pro community
Receive a refund of amounts paid where removal is initiated by PyQuant News for non-conduct reasons — this is the sole exception to the no-refund policy
Receive no refund where removal results from a terms or license violation

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your enrollment. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled students.
